A Mirror with Memory: Could Software Help Us Notice Personal Change?
Exploring reflection, recognition, and cautious roles for software
People sometimes recognize change only after a pattern has repeated for a long time. This exploratory note asks whether software could help a person notice those patterns without pretending to diagnose or explain them. It presents speculative models, prompts, and possible measures for further study. The numerical examples are ideas to examine, not verified findings.
